The one thing
Only two claims reliably change the egg's nutrition — omega-3 enriched, and (modestly) pasture-raised. Everything else is mostly about the hen's life or the marketing.
On the package

The honest bottom line
Buying for nutrition? Only omega-3 enriched (and modestly pasture-raised) change the egg.
Buying for welfare/environment? Cage-free → free-range → pasture-raised → organic is a real ladder — just for reasons other than what's in the egg.
And no egg ever has hormones.
Something interesting
"Hormone-free" on eggs is the "fat-free celery" of labels — legally required to already be true for everyone, mostly there to make you reach for that carton.
